Conceptualised in 2012 by Marty Rankin and Brett Ayles, One Village Real Estate was born from our frustration with the industry not putting clients needs first. Starting with a clean sheet business plan, we invented a new model suiting the requirements of modern day life. The old model of “local agent on the strip” is simply outdated with slow, inefficient systems and processes, restricted by brand territories and head-office out of touch with clients needs.

With 26+ years experience working inside some of Melbourne’s leading agencies, we combined the best elements of each plus some new ideas to form One Village Real Estate.
